Students sign in
They add Scholar Help to Chrome and sign in with their school account. Premium turns on straight away.
Student data stays with the student
We keep only what we need to switch Premium on: not even student emails, unless you ask us to.
- Student emails are stored as one-way codes, not as emails, unless your school chooses to see them.
- Besides that code we keep only each student’s role and when they first signed in.
- The tools run in the browser. We don’t keep what students read or write.
- No ads, no tracking for advertising, and we never sell data.
- Remove a student from your list and their access ends.
For schools and districts
How do students get Premium?
Your school admin signs in to our website and uploads a CSV of your students’ school Google emails. When a student signs in to Scholar Help with that account, every tool unlocks straight away.
Are teachers included?
Yes. Teachers at a licensed school are free. Mark them with a “role” column in your CSV and they don’t use a seat.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We send a written quote and an invoice, and you can pay by purchase order or card. Price locks for 2 or 3 years are available.
Does it work on Chromebooks?
Yes. Scholar Help is a Chrome extension, so it runs on Chromebooks, Windows and Mac. Your IT team can install it for every student from the Google Admin console.
What if students join or leave during the year?
Your school admin can upload a new list any time, add or remove students, and download the current list.
Can teachers try it first?
Every install comes with every Premium tool free for 7 days, so teachers can try it in class before you buy.
